Not a trustworthy tradesman

If you don't want to be ripped off and get delayed with your work, please avoid using this person/business. You will get 50% of the work completed, then never turn up, never answer phone, he will come and do the rest of the work when it suits him, obviously missing the point that he is being employed by you to do some work at your own timescales, but you will be at his mercy in the end. Started a complete rewiring (changing sockets and lights during a refurbish work) job, completed the first fix 2 months back, after 2 months, he has offered to walk away when you ask him to complete the job ASAP or give me a date when he can complete the job, so I can get back to my normal life. I was left without a single light in the property for almost 3 months.
